Comments:   Jeron Poole did a great job for us this season as we enjoyed the best record we have had in school history finishing at 9-2. Jeron is a fine young man, and a pleasure to coach and to be around. Jeron is talented, intelligent, hard working, loyal, and a real team player.

Jeron was a starter for us at inside linebacker, played on most of our special teams, and was a short yardage situation player for us on offense. Jeron is a student of the game, a leader and he knows the value of hard work. A lot of athletes know what it takes to be successful on the field but only a few are willing to pay the price and put in the hard work. Jeron knows how to work and is constantly trying to improve himself as a player and a student. Jeron is an explosive hitter and will only get better as he continues to get stronger and faster.

I consider it an honor to say that I was Jeron's coach. I have no doubts that Jeron Poole will be successful at the university that he attends and will make valuable contributions to that schools football program and to society as an adult. Very simply put, Jeron Poole is a winner on and off the field, and will be a winner in life.
